Unexpected Returns

An unexpected return includes unexpected customer returns and courier returns. If a parcel cannot be matched to a return reference:

• Efforts are made to identify it using available information.
• If identification fails, a manual process is initiated.

Once identified, the return is processed, and you’ll be notified of its status.
